We welcome you to a one-bedroom apartment with a cabin, purchased in August 2021, completely renovated in 2019, and fully equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible (unfortunately, it is not equipped or accessible to people with reduced mobility). It was classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation in December 2022.
It is located in a residence with access to La Roquille beach via a secure gate. The residence is quiet and perfectly maintained, consisting of small one- to two-story apartments.
It features a large living room of over 25m² with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (master kitchen). A new sofa bed and a low-back sofa bed can be converted into an extra bed.
You’ll have a bedroom equipped with a TV, a 160x200cm bed (new for 2025) and a large built-in closet. A sleeping alcove with two 70x190cm bunk beds is also available. The windows are equipped with roller shutters and mosquito nets. Duvets and pillows are provided.
Baby equipment is available: a travel cot (with mattress provided), high chair, bathtub, cutlery, and a potty.
A fiber optic router will provide you with high-speed internet access.
You’ll enjoy a renovated bathroom with a large shower, heated towel rail, and hairdryer.
There’s also a washing machine and dryer (replaced in October 2023).
A clothes horse is available for outdoor drying, as well as ironing equipment.
You’ll enjoy a large 20m² west-facing terrace.
A stone barbecue will allow you to enjoy delicious grilled meats and fish.
Reversible air conditioning will be a welcome addition during the hot summer months. An awning will also protect you from the sun.
In a storage area, you’ll find various beach chairs, parasols, and beach toys for children of all ages. Two bicycles (and one child seat) are available for rides along the sea or around the Cape.
You’ll have a private parking space, so you won’t have to worry about parking during your stay. Parking is usually available on the street in front of the apartment’s access gate.
A bus stop is located nearby. Bus line 11 serves all the beaches and the center of Cap d’Agde during the summer, and bus line 4 goes to the train station.
The apartment is close to many amenities.
